Elevator issues are very significant , such a huge hotel and 2 elevators of small size

The worst property in all properties I stayed in

ElevatorsFood is very unsatisfactorily Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful we did twice checkin for the same booking it is unbelievable Staff came to the room to ask us to leave the room, immediately after checking in they thought us the previous customer !!! They thought that we didn't do checkin and we should go again to the reception to resign. (First time in a hotel to do double check in )The room is not like a hotel room it is like youth hostel room . Photos are photoshop Very bad odour in this hostel The Garage was very small and out of proportions irrational and inappropriate I will never repeat this experience again The entrance was with a different name Maysan hotel When you go the reception you find thousands of customers bags blocking the entrance All people are complaining about the lifts You should stay for you to 20 minutes to go to your floor. Mr Shamim is trying to help but the number of rooms is disproportionate to the number of lifts.My family are blaming me because I chose this hostel we gave it -1 of 10 I paid 1108 Saudi Riyals 300 $ for one nightIt is losing money if you stay this hostel

Housekeeping did an excellent job, especially the team leader, Mr. Qasim, and his subordinates, Mr. Parvaiz and Mr. Saqib. All of them were very cooperative and professional.

Location, location and location

Reception staff were super cold.. not helpful at all.. this place has an acute shortage of elevator capacity and staff, which turned out to be a real hassle for our group with two people using wheelchairs..a shout out to Mr Kasim room service staff for being resourceful, which was some warmth breaking through the icy indifference..

the housekeeping were amazing and very helpful - Qasim. habib and zeehad. they were always available and cleaned to an exceptional standard. the hotel is in a phenomenal location!

the elevators are very poor and there is a long wait to go up and down to use it. they are also very slow and stop at almost every floor - which can get busy during salah time. no iron in board.

its not clean specially bathroom and the lift its not good at all

It was crowded, none of lift was approaching parking, additional found some lift out of service,

As the hotel is considerably old ventilation systems are totally outdated so Smell was awful and elevators are always packed as they are less and slow

Only the location

Not clean at all, 0 hygiene, very bad smells everywhere, not enough elevators, place needs renovation, staff are not that friendly. Corridors stink and bathrooms are very old, shower heads are very weak and have poor water pressure.

The location is extremely good. Less than a minute from the masjid al nabbawi. The staff are also very helpful and respectful.

It was extremely busy and it was really difficult to catch elevators as they were always slow and fully occupied. There was also a very bad smell in the hallways. The beds were not comfortable and the rooms were old. And the water power in the showers was poor making it take a long time to take showers.

This hotel needs major renovation. Beds are poor, bathrooms are horrible, elevators are disastrous. I definitely do not recommend this hotel no matter what.

Breakfast was really good. Location was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The elevators took long. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and needs some repairing. The room could’ve been a little bigger.

Location is very good, only 2 minutes walk to haram, this hotel is very close to women's prayer area. Staff was all helpful, special thanks to Hanif & Rifat from housekeeping for very nice hospitality and tidy room.

The room itself is a bit old, so not very clean. A renovation is strongly needed.
